As a business, our aim is to disseminate the most cutting-edge and empirically-driven information to scientists, coaches and athletes, who are striving to optimise performance and minimise injury risk in their respective sports. Since starting our company in 2019, we have formed a partnership with Kinesport, appeared on Sportsmith‘s Pacey Performance podcast, and between us, we have featured in over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles, as well as establishing over 5000 followers across our social media platforms.
